2. INFORMATION AND CONSENT

   By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user is informed and gives their free, informed, specific, and unequivocal consent for their personal data to be processed by Globetek Universal S.L.

3. FOR WHAT PURPOSE WILL Globetek Universal S.L. PROCESS THE USER'S PERSONAL DATA?

   The personal data provided by the user will be processed by Globetek Universal S.L. for the following purposes:

   - To provide the contracted services, maintain the contractual relationship, and follow up on it, as well as conduct satisfaction surveys.

   - To manage, process, and respond to the User’s requests, inquiries, incidents, complaints, or claims.

   - To manage the sending of commercial communications regarding products and services offered by Globetek Universal S.L., by electronic and/or conventional means.

   - To create a commercial profile, using internal sources, to offer products and services tailored to the user's interests.

4. HOW LONG WILL Globetek Universal S.L. PROCESS THE USER'S PERSONAL DATA?

   The user’s data related to fulfilling the contractual relationship will be retained for as long as the contract is in effect and, even afterward, for as long as required by applicable law and until any liabilities arising from the contract expire.

   Concerning commercial and informational communications, Globetek Universal S.L. will process the user’s data until the user opposes it.

5. WHAT USER DATA WILL Globetek Universal S.L. PROCESS?

   Globetek Universal S.L. will process the following categories of User data:

   - Identification data: name, surname(s), and ID/NIE/CIF or passport.

   - Contact data: postal address, email address, and phone number, which may include multiple records for each.

   If the user provides third-party data, they declare they have the consent of such third parties and agree to inform them of this Privacy Policy, releasing Globetek Universal S.L. from any liability in this regard. However, Globetek Universal S.L. may periodically verify this fact, taking appropriate due diligence measures in accordance with data protection regulations.

6. WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY FOR PROCESSING THE USER'S DATA?

   The processing of the user’s data by Globetek Universal S.L. for sending commercial communications, creating profiles, and conducting satisfaction surveys is based on Globetek Universal S.L.’s legitimate interest as established by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

   Furthermore, processing the user’s data to manage, process, and follow up on purchases made by the user is necessary for fulfilling the purchase contract, and thus providing data for this purpose is mandatory, as failure to do so would prevent its fulfillment.

7. TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL THE USER'S DATA BE DISCLOSED?

   The user’s data may only be disclosed to:

   - Public Administrations, in cases provided by law.

   - Transportation agencies for shipping and collection related to purchases made.

   - External advisors and accounting firms solely for billing and creating accounting records.

8. COMMERCIAL AND/OR PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

   One of the purposes for which Globetek Universal S.L. processes users’ personal data is to send commercial communications, through electronic and conventional means, with information about products, services, promotions, offers, events, or relevant news. Such communications will only be sent to users who have not previously expressed their refusal to receive them.

   If the user wishes to stop receiving commercial or promotional communications from Globetek Universal S.L., they may unsubscribe by emailing tienda@globetek.es or using the link at the bottom of received promotional emails.

9.*EXERCISING RIGHTS

   The user may send a written request to Globetek Universal S.L., Data Protection Department, at c/ Aluminio 22A, 47012, Valladolid - Spain, or an email to tienda@globetek.es, with the subject “Data Protection,” attaching a copy of their ID, to:

   - Revoke the consents given.

   - Confirm whether Globetek Universal S.L. is processing personal data concerning the user.

   - Access their personal data.

   - Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

   - Request the suspension of their data when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

   - Obtain from Globetek Universal S.L. the restriction of data processing when any of the conditions provided in the GDPR are met.

   - Request the portability of their data.

   Notwithstanding the above, the user may contact the Data Protection Department to resolve any questions or issues that may arise.

10. SECURITY MEASURES

   Globetek Universal S.L. will process the user’s data at all times with absolute confidentiality and maintain the necessary duty of secrecy regarding it, in accordance with applicable regulations, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of their data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, considering the state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which they are exposed.

   Globetek Universal S.L. reserves the right to review its Privacy Policy at any time it deems appropriate. For this reason, we ask you to regularly check this Privacy Statement to read the latest version.
