1. 15 day returns 

Not happy with your purchase? Not what you need? Made a mistake? No problem!

You can return your items up to 15 days after you receive them. You do not need even a reason, you just can return them.

2. Returs terms and conditions:

• You can return your items up to 15 days after you receive them.

• Please, keep your boxes, documentation and accessories until you are sure you are happy with your purchase. 

• Item must be on original box, not used and in perfect condition. Please, no not use original box to ship the goods, please use a different box.

• Return shipping cost is paid by you. However, we can offer you competitive prices on transport.

• Once we receive the item back, and check it is correct, we will return you full amount paid.

• If you receive a product, and it is damaged during transportation, we will send you a new one immediately. Just, let us know the problem 24 hour max after you receive it. 

• If there is a problem with your product after shipping, no problem, we will help you with your guarantee.

• For security reasons, no returns are accepted of used vehicles or custom-made products.

To request a return, just contact us in your customer private area, and choose the order you would like to return. 

Please, do not send any goods to our warehouse without a return approval number (RMA) issued by our sales team.
